The studies and experiences described here, provide good reasons to choose wisely what we eat .One might object: "since you still have to die , why should I care about what I eat, just to live a bit 'longer?". A change in diet can greatly improve the quality of our lives regardless of its duration and even the state of health. The good news for those who decide to eliminate GMOs from the diet is that it can eliminate, in one shot, even artificial additives that alter the mood , this is because often processed foods contain both ones than the others. To eliminate GMOs from the diet you can followvarious strategies . Some people are rigorous and do not compromise, others maintain a diet strictly non- GMO home, but are more flexible when eating out. Still others choose to avoid certain types of GM foods and are less careful with regard to others. Most find it easier to make this choice together with friends or family. Whatever you decide to do, better start now. You've come to read this far, probably your motivation to start is now at most. And if you do not put into practice, your inspiration might fade with the passage of time.

This little speech of encouragement, let's look at what to do. At the moment, the most important transgenic crops are soybeans, cotton, canola and corn. Other genetically modified crops includesome American varieties of zucchini, Hawaiian papaya, and some varieties of tobacco . They may still be in circulation GM potatoes in the form of starch, but Monsanto has ceased to commercialize them .Even the GM tomatoes are no longer on the market (some say that GM tomatoes may be for sale, on a small scale, in China). The US dairy products may contain milk from cows that has been injected rbGHAnd typically both meat and dairy products come from animals fed on GM feed . Even honey and bee pollen may contain GMOs. Food additives, enzymes, flavorings and processing agents obtained by genetic engineering are found in thousands of foods and supplements for sale in supermarkets: for example, the rennet used to make cheese is often a genetically modified version. Aspartame, dietary sweetener, is a product of genetic engineering , while GM bacteria and fungi are used in the production of enzymes, vitamins, and processing aids. In the United States and Canada GM foods are not labeled . Avoid them, then, it becomes an art.
