- SPAGHETTI WITH PECORINO OF MOLITERNO WITH MUSSEL, PEPPER AND FRESH THYME
Spaghetti Quadrati gr 360
Pecorino aged 200 gr
Shelled mussels gr 100
Pepper as needed.
Fresh thyme n. 1 branch
Extra virgin olive oil
Garlic n. 1 clove.
Boil the Square Spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, pour a little oil and grind plenty of pepper.
Pour the pasta into the pan with oil, mussels and pepper; when the fire is off, add the grated pecorino and mix well with the cooking water.
Serve with the addition of fresh thyme leaves.
