The flour is produced in our mill millstones. We produce organic flour, spelled flour, organic wheat flour, Khorasan flour.

From the durum wheat forgot to our health and to the ancient flavors listed on our tables. The Bioland Organic Pasta is made with durum wheat like Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan and Dicoccum spelled. For Bioland organic is also cultivation and processing in the company since 1993.
Among the Ancients Organic Vegetables produced on the farm we find Mignon Chickpeas, lentils, Grass pea, Spelled Soup and Black chickpeas.
